Terrific, lovely rooms and luxury amenities. Good bathroom and bathtubs with good sewerage. Unbeatable location to the Rajadamri Skytrain station, and 15 minute walk from a Lumphini park. Based just off the common areas.

the pool was clean and i had soft drinks in the poolside bar. a double room i stayed at was top quality with a great view. i liked comfy location near gaysorn plaza.

Everything was perfect, magnificent location right by Bangkok for fun or with friends as well as the grand palace, top-class staff. The room was spacious, and we had a particularly nice view of city. The breakfast was delicious and enjoyable, the check in was very early. Need to point that free Wi-Fi throughout the property was a good bonus...

The service was lacking, with staff not being attentive and neglecting to clean up tables or ask about customer satisfaction. The location and facilities of the hotel are excellent, but improvements should be made in the quality of the afternoon tea experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were super polite, friendly, and helpful. They responded to our requests in a very timely manner, even faster than other luxurious hotels we've stayed in. The beds were very comfortable and the selection of the breakfast buffet was huge. We loved the hotel facilities, including the bridge linking the BTS station, which was perfect during sudden thunderstorms. The location was excellent, overlooking Lumpini Park, and we had easy access to transportation, with a quick change to the other line to reach popular areas like Siam and Taksin for ferries and boats.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

The location was great, with good transport connections to a shopping area. The hotel itself was very well kept, with beautiful rooms, spacious and clean, fitted with everything you could want for a comfortable stay. The views from my room were stunning, overlooking the pool and golf course.
